McQuillen's Stolen Castle Blend is as robust in spirit as the Irish themselves!

Roasted to a dark ("French") roast this coffee serves up a complex palate of flavors: fruit, brown sugar, chocolate, cedar and the earthiness typical of coffees from the southeastern Pacific.

The McQuillens say they won Dunlevy Castle in their ancestral Ireland fair and square. The Irish Park Ranger tour guides hint that they stole it. We'll put that argument aside and pour ourselves a cuppa this great coffee named for the fine McQuillen family!

We ship most orders the same day we receive them, the exception being Coffee which is roasted to order & requires 48 hrs. to de-gas after roasting before packaging and shipping. Depending on your location, delivery times (coffee excepted) run 3 - 5 business days.
