Shipping policy

We ship your tea, soap or Bodum order on the day we receive your order. You coffee is roasted to order and coffee must de-gas for 48 hours after roasting. Thus coffee orders are shipped on the third day after we receive your order.

Average delivery time (excluding coffee) is 3 - 5 business days.
