Named for Citroën's beloved 2CV, affectionately known as l'escargot en étain, the "Tin Snail", this coffee is a robust blend of coffees from five growing regions where the "Tin Snail" faithfully served farmers for many years.

Roasted to a dark ("French") roast this coffee serves up a complex palate of flavors: fruit, brown sugar, chocolate, cedar and the earthiness typical of coffees from the southeastern Pacific. This is our signature blend.

We ship most orders the same day we receive them, the exception being Coffee which is roasted to order & requires 48 hrs. to de-gas after roasting before packaging and shipping. Depending on your location, delivery times (coffee excepted) run 3 - 5 business days.
